Team Building in Ascot
The town of Ascot has become synonymous with the horse racing event, Royal Ascot. It is an extremely wealthy area, and home to some truly excellent hotels, making it a very popular location for team building events. Ascot is conveniently located just 25 miles from central London and enjoys excellent transport links. The town is also close to Windsor, a popular Treasure Hunt location due to its history and connection with Royalty. We often run The Parmesan Job from one of the hotels here. This event took its inspiration from the iconic film, The Italian Job. We line up a number of Fiat 500 cars, and each team is given one as their transport for the day. The impact of this always causes a real stir of excitement. Your M.C. for your day out in Ascot is our own “Michael Caine”, and not a lot of people know that! Characters from the film are positioned around the area, and they must be located for challenges which form part of the event. The finale involves gold in a van and pyrotechnics. We will leave it to you to work out what needs to be done. This is one of our flagship team building events, and the feedback that we receive is always superb.

There are plenty of options when you are planning a team building event in Ascot. Together We Can is an indoor and outdoor event that involves various challenges completed as one team. This embodies the true spirit of team building. The group is divided into smaller teams which all work on an element of a challenge, for example making a film. The elements must all be cohesive, so when they are spliced together they make a complete film. If three teams are playing this can be as simple as beginning, middle and ending, but with more teams comes more complexity and more communication required between the teams. Will the vision of each team be compatible, or will the end production be a flop? This event will consist of several different activities and the team must work together on each to make a success of it. Teams take part in various challenges in their own area, but they are brought together throughout the event to compete in head-to-head competitions.
