Team Building in Cotswolds
The beautiful Cotswolds are a superb location for team building events. Sometimes referred to as the Cotswolds National Landscape this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty covers several counties including Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, and Warwickshire. Bourton-on-the-Water is an international tourist destination, which has more visitors than residents in peak seasons. This is a fantastic base for our Hidden Quest Treasure Hunt, and we can include pretty villages and bridle paths across open fields in the route. The Cotswolds is 80% farmland, and this is the perfect backdrop for our Country Sports team building event. To make the experience truly local, we might include cheese rolling and woolsack racing, but our own range includes shooting and driving options, for example Laser Clay Shooting, Segways and Quad Bikes. We even have falconry and duck herding as options. Falconry includes owls, giving you the chance to get close up with these majestic birds as you fly them from your gloved hand. In the evening you can try our Generation Game team building event. This is based on the famous gameshow, with a variety of entertaining and very memorable challenges. Team Building Events in Cotswolds
The Cotswolds countryside deserves to be explored. Our Parmesan Job team building event is perfect for this. Each team gets a cute Fiat 500, perfect for navigating the narrow Cotswolds lanes. An iPad loaded with mission instructions will be your guide for the day, as you visit some of the prettiest villages and locations in the area. The story behind the event is based on the film The Italian Job. You will meet with characters from the film, and complete themed challenges. The grand finale involves pyrotechnics and gold, in the form of our gold medals for the winning team. Crystal Challenge is another outdoor team building event, which is based on the TV show The Crystal Maze. The challenges in that show are all for individuals in a team. Our challenges are for the whole team to take on. We set up the field with a selection of these, themed flags, and even a huge inflatable Crystal Dome. The team that collects the most crystals enters the dome for the final challenge. Even the Cotswolds cannot offer perfect weather, so we have a purpose-built indoor version of this team building event. You can count on us to have every outcome covered.
