Team Building Events in Essex
The Crystal Challenge is an indoor or outdoor experience that is one of our most popular team building events. You choose challenges from our selection of around 15 different options. An example is Suspense, where your team faces a series of suspended pipes that they must manoeuvre to allow a ball to pass through them all without it falling to the ground. This requires teamwork, effective communication, and cooperation. All of the challenges require different skills, and this team building event is fun but also offers business benefits in vital soft skill areas. Another option is It’s A Knockout. This event comprises colourful inflatable games, for example Human Table Football, Giant Inflatable Volley Ball, and Sumo Wrestling. For this activity participants wear padded sumo suits and ‘wrestle’ on a large inflatable crash mat. It is great fun and the games are all very colourful, so it gives some fantastic photos of your team enjoying themselves that can be shared around the office. This is quite a physical team building experience, and participants will work up an appetite. You can follow the event with a barbecue, perhaps featuring local produce from around the Essex area.
