Team Building in Exeter
If you are organising a team building event in Exeter, in southwest England, we will be very happy to take a trip to the south-west to support you with our range of enjoyable activities. Situated on the river Exe, which gives the city its name, Exeter is full of history. Seventy percent of the ancient city walls are still standing and there is further evidence of Roman, Norman, and medieval settlement. The landmark of Exeter Castle and the gothic Exeter Cathedral are some of the interesting hotspots that could be included in a city Treasure Hunt. There are numerous excellent hotels, including The Royal Clarence which dates back to 1769 and is thought to be the oldest hotel in the country. Our Crystal Challenge is a popular team building event in Exeter. We set up a series of different challenges which teams attempt in turn. Team Ski is a popular choice, and it gives an opportunity for some wonderful, and very funny, team photos. We have a large pair of skis that five people can stand on and use at the same time. The aim is to get round an obstacle course, coordinating as a team so that you lift and place your feet at the same time. That is not as easy as it may seem!
Team Building Events in Exeter

This is an indoor activity in which each team is given a locked box. Turn the key, open the box, and you are faced with a cornucopia of confusion – a huge selection of puzzles that must be completed in the time allocated. This is where strategy comes into play. You will not be able to complete all of the puzzles, but identifying the skills in your team, and working out the point scoring mechanism, will help you to aim for the maximum score. Do keep an eye on that clock - time flies when you are having fun! Together We Can is a team building event that can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors, or a mixture of both. This is useful with the ever-changing weather to take into consideration, and you can decide where to place the activities on the day of the event. This team building event is about collaboration, rather than competition. Each team is working on a part of one large task, and it all comes together at the end of the event when you prove that Together We Can.
