The Norfolk city of Norwich is situated 100 miles to the northeast of London, and it is a city with an ancient and varied history. It is a popular location for conferences and team building events in the East Anglia area. It has a great deal of heritage, having been the second largest city in Tudor England and the wealthiest town in the country in the 18th century. Norwich trivia is extensive and eclectic. If you are looking for an indoor team building event our Rollercoaster activity is a test of collaboration that also requires planning, problem-solving and cooperation. Teams build freestanding elements of a rollercoaster, which spans a conference room. These must then be linked together so a ball can be transported around the room without intervention. This requires techniques to slow the ball down in some stages, and speed it up in others. Undulation built into the track will act as accelerator or brake. It is a feat of engineering that requires interaction between all participants.
Team Building Events in Norwich
Our Crime Scene Investigation comprises a crime scene and two suspects, played by professional actors. Forensic evidence must be examined, experiments carried out, and results analysed as your team attempts to piece together what happened. Then the suspects are cross-examined in an attempt to uncover the truth and link it to the evidence. Alibis, motives and body language are considered as you attempt to find a murderer using forensic evidence. This is a half day event, usually lasting for three hours although there is some flexibility to fit into your agenda, as with all our team building events. Norwich’s location in East Anglia, near the coast and the North Sea, means the weather can be unpredictable, and so indoor events have their appeal. Many of our events can be moved indoors at the last moment, when the weather forecast is known. The Indoor Crystal Challenge is a great example; we have purpose-built versions of our outdoor equipment that can be set up in a conference room. These challenges test such vital skills as communication, trust and collaboration.
