Our Crystal Challenge team building event consists of a selection of different activities that require teamwork if they are to be successfully completed. This challenge not only requires teamwork but also fosters such benefits as communication, cooperation and leadership. There are ten different activities that you can choose from, and a grand finale in our impressive inflatable crystal dome. An example of one of the activities is Chemical Rescue. All except for one of your team is blindfolded and each has control of a part of a complex system of ropes and pulleys. You have to remove chemical containers from a contaminated zone with the one team member who can see giving instructions to the rest of the team. An alternative event is Spy School. The field is laid out like a spy camp, with camouflage netting and flags. The activities in this team building event are themed, so you have shooting, driving and task based challenges.
