Team Building in West Midlands
The West Midlands is a metropolitan county within the larger region of the same name in England. Like New York, perhaps it is so good that they named it twice! It is a very central location with excellent motorway connections, and this makes it a popular location for team building events. There are several racing venues in the West Midlands, one of which is Cosford, which is based on an old RAF airfield and runway. Our F1 Challenge is themed on motor racing. We provide a chassis, and everything else is up to the teams participating. A racing car must be built and marketing and sponsorship strategies considered. The grand finale of this entertaining team building event is a soapbox-racing style competition. We have photos and a video of this event that will illustrate the fun that can be had. You can see these in the drop-down menu above, along with images and videos of our other team building events. The West Midlands has a rich heritage of manufacturing, from motor cars like Rover to chocolate production at the Cadbury factory in Birmingham. Many of our challenges require something to be made, but our Chocolate Making event is especially well suited to the West Midlands. We provide a mobile chocolate factory and all the ingredients required to make a delicious box of chocolates, with guidance from our chocolatiers.
Team Building Events in West Midlands
Some events are suited to being a surprise. Delegates are simply told that there is a team building event planned in the itinerary, and many will be expecting a dull paper-based exercise. Imagine their surprise when a group of Maori warriors enters the room and performs the traditional Haka in front of them. Our Haka team building event not only features an authentic display, but also gives participants an opportunity to learn the moves and chant, and give it a try themselves. This invigorating activity is perfect as a high energy icebreaker, or to re-energise a room after lunch. Another great option for an event in the West Midlands, one that will take your team outdoors, is Spy School. We set up an espionage training facility in the grounds of your hotel and train your delegates in the art of spying. The activities include training in weapons, such as air rifles and axe throwing, along with driving challenges and a selection of tasks to develop problem-solving, flexibility, and reaction-time. This is all great fun, and by the end, your team will return to the office ready to tackle any challenge facing them. It is also an excellent event for photos, and you will have some fantastic shots to share around the office.
