Drumming Team Building Event

The Event Format

Prepare to be amazed at what can be achieved with drums, enthusiasm and a professional conductor guiding you along the way on our team building drumming event!

The event starts with a drumming fanfare as our facilitators play your group into the room. Depending on your group size you’ll be split into teams and seated in different rhythm sections.

Next to your seat you’ll find your drum, no musical skill is required. After a couple of miss-hits you’ll find it second nature. Each team learns a signature rhythm – the conductor then layers the rhythms like an orchestra to create a truly powerful sound.

Drumming is immediate, Rhythm is unstoppable, Drums unite everyone.

Our Rhythm Master helps create each team's separate rhythms which are interlinked to play one amazing sound. Our skilled drummers will also use individuals’ own musical ideas to create a personal and unforgettable drumming performance.

The drum masters were sensitive to the needs of the group, kept control admirably and tailored the activity very well as the evening progressed.  In addition they were enthusiastic about making the event as good as it could be, and also charming which was fantastic. What a lovely team.
