When Can I Book My Next Event?

With so much uncertainty afoot, people are asking when can normal life resume? 

At the moment that is anyone’s guess, things seem to be taking a positive step with us now riding the peak with the Coronavirus but we are not out of the woods yet and unfortunately nobody knows when life as we know it will resume or what steps will need to be taken in the meantime.

...but people need to look forward and have things to look forward to?? Whilst working from home has always been the dream to most, when doing it alone for weeks on end a lot of people now cannot wait to step back into the office and be amongst their colleagues...but how do you boost their morale, motivate and refocus your workforce?

We have a great team and can offer our events all around the UK. So let’s answer some of your questions that we are being asked at the moment!

 

What happens to events we have already booked if they cannot go ahead due to Covid-19? 

We are working with all of our clients and venues to postpone their events to the next agreeable date for all parties and we are doing this with NO charge. We understand the situation and want to make it as easy as possible for all of our valued customers 

 

What if we book an event now for later in the year and the situation continues? 

We are following government advice every step of the way and if it can’t go ahead, we will happily postpone your date free of any charge to a date when it can! 

 

If we book an event now do we have to pay a deposit? 

No! Payment for all of our events is due 7 days prior to the date it is booked 

 

Our team don’t want to travel to a venue, can we book an event at our company offices? 

Yes of course, as long as there is sufficient space available for the activity

 

Do you have any virtual events? 

No, unfortunately currently we are not offering virtual activities however if this does change we will be sure to let you all know! 

 

It is a very uncertain time for everyone at the moment but we want to assure all of our customers that we are here to help in any way we can and don’t be afraid to book your next event! Every team needs something to look forward to and some motivation to keep going - A fun activity could be just that! 

We will be adapting our events based on the governments advice with social distancing, once these guidelines have been published, and will be doing all we can to continue to deliver high quality, safe events that are accessible to all - so watch this space!
