Team building events can be very useful for experiencing the leadership styles of various members of a team, particularly those who don't usually take the leader's role.
Work teams often work on projects that last for months or even years so experiencing leadership within a short, measurable task can be interesting and useful. Working with our experienced facilitators teams will get the most out of the activities.
Which team building activities are best for examining leadership?
While one could argue that any task based activity can be used, some lend themselves better to leadership than others. Our Crystal Challenge activity is particularly suitable and this can be run outdoors or indoors. The tasks are specific and team orientated and all participants can see and experience what is happening.
