Team Analysis

Teams in the workplace are complex machines at every level in an organisation and it should come as no suprise that occasionally they malfunction, resulting in a need for realignment or an analysis of how and why the team is performing as it is.

On a fundamental level, you will have read that teams require creative ideas people, drivers, completer-finishers etc. However, even with an understanding of what motivates you and your colleagues and what your preferred behaviour styles are, this is still only one piece of the jigsaw. Every team must be clear about why the company exists and what its objectives are.

Working together in this fashion can also showcase working relationships within your team and break down any walls that may have formed within the office through miscommunication.

Another example would be our Together We Can, a less conventional team building activity which works on the basis that everyone’s a winner! Combining fun with teamwork, they will face different challenges which together they will solve to create a penultimate goal.
