3) Management's Expectations
Question
"On the day, did the event live up to your expectations?"
Group 1
(12 Participants)
Crystal Challenge
Group 1 had done the event before with other teams and knew what to expect, therefore the event did live up to his expectations.
Group 2
(21 Participants)
Everest Challenge
Group 2 was expecting more facilitated feedback than received.
The activities lived up to her expectations:
"The activities were fantastic; everybody was involved, some in active roles and others in more passive, planning roles.
Teams worked together and pulled on each other’s strengths, I think that the only thing lacking from the day was the levels of feedback throughout the activities"
Group 3

Corporate Sailing Day
Group 3 said that the event;
- "Surpassed all expectations and had the impact and luxury effect desired"

She said that it was a slow start but ultimately the event served its purpose, most people got involved and enjoyed themselves.
Group 5

Facilitated Belbin Event
Group 5 was surprised at how formal the event was, she was aware that it was classroom based but said that;
"I didn't realise quite how dictatorial the facilitators would be"
