We all love receiving a box of chocolates, but how about receiving the components delivered to your doorstep and having the sense of achievement of putting these together to create delicious treats?
We’ll start with the basics with an informative and engaging introduction of how the humble Cacao bean starts the whole process and move on to a detailed interactive practical demonstration. By the end of the session, we’ll have you making ganache, tempering chocolate and filling and decorating delicate truffle shells.
Why not add a competitive element with us providing virtual break out rooms for pre-selected teams. Delegates can work together and come up with a complete business concept from recipes, packaging design, marketing campaigns and business plans and present to the rest of the group and our judges.
